What is the cancellation policy?
Your deposit is your commitment to attend. In return, we commit to hold your spot in the class of your choice. If you must cancel we would be happy to hold your deposit for you to use in full, any subsequent year, however, we are not able to refund any part of it. If you cancel after making your final payment, we will refund all but the deposit amount. We cannot accept any cancellations after June 1.
You may cancel within 7 days of registering and receive a full refund on your deposit. Cancellation must be received in writing within the 7 day time period. Cancellations received on day 8 will need to adhere to the conditions above.

Why does the cancellation policy exist?
Our number one priority is to provide the highest quality Rug School experience for all of our students and teachers from year to year. Cancellations, regardless of the time of year, impede our ability to offer a high quality experience for our students and teachers. For this reason we encourage students to sign up only when they know they will be able to attend with the knowledge that classes fill quickly.
