Michael Calotta, owners of the Crisanver House, and rug
hooking specialist Stephanie Krauss, owner of Green
Mountain Hooked Rugs and Rug School, invite you to a
memorable weekend of relaxation and rug hooking in the
picturesque town of Shrewsbury, between Manchester and
Killington, Vermont. Throughout these weekends,
Stephanie guides rug hookers of all levels of
experience, including beginners, in exploring styles,
techniques, color-planning, and finishing. Participants
may bring a new pattern or continue work on a project
that they may be having difficulty with. In this
interactive class, students have an opportunity to share
their knowledge and experience. Each participant
receives individual instruction, and everyone has time
to hook while enjoying the friendship of other rug
hookers. Wool and some supplies will be available for
purchase.
This long-weekend package includes dinner Friday
evening, three nights luxurious accommodations, nine
sumptuous meals, afternoon tea and cookies, and all
taxes and gratuities, PLUS fifteen hours of hands-on
hooking instruction. Each weekend is limited to 14
participants.
ALL INCLUSIVE PRICE:
$540 per person, double occupancy. $685 per person,
single occupancy, based on availability. $475 for
partner/spouse (non-hooking participant). Roommate
matching available.
